Anyone have any suggestions here? I have been through the game menu under level 4 and all appears normal. Not sure why you would want to award 16 credits for achieving the first high score level anyway. Suggestions would be appreciated.

Id be checking your Audits At function 25

Set the coin door switch to Auto Up and press the button

Press the button till 25 shows in the ball in play window

Now push the start button until it says the desired number of credits per high score  ^^^

Thanks for you help.

Function 25 brings up 03 in the player 1 display. When you press the start button, nothing happens. The game displays 04 in the credits display all the time.

Any other ideas? What am I doing wrong?

Thanks

J.D.

Hey DD Toys, Thanks for your help.

13 is set to 500,000 so not zero and fine
14 is set to 300,000 so fine
15 is set to 430,000 so fine
16 is set to 550,000 so fine.

25 shows 3 (credits) so fine.

Still no joy? as soon as score reaches 300,000 pops up 16 credits.

The other strange thing is that when 1 credit is pressed, all ok, when 2nd credit (player 2) is pressed, the display comes up with a score of 9,000 in player 1 display before the ball is even flicked up.

Any relation?

J.D.

Any more ideas?

The problem persists but also when you turn the machine off and on there are 4 credits in the credit window.

Ie no credits to start, of / on and 4 appear each time machine turned on?

Spoke to RY and he said perhaps the Roms on MPU board. What do you think DDtoys?

And if it is the board, who can test these?

perhaps you need to have Ken (Skybeaux) have a look at them for you?

I'll agree, you seem to have something pretty screwy going on there!

Cheers

I agree with all those random problems id say your roms are a bit screwy.   Not permanent fix but maybe try re seating the roms on the CPU could just be a bad connection maybe?

Yep I remember, thanks.

Keen to get the problem sorted so how could I do that?
If there is a way I can isolate the problem to the source and bring you the board if that's what it is, would that work?

Would really appreciate some help with this.

Thanks

J.D.
