Ramp flap repair?

Hi guys,

Pictured is a ramp flap off my Op Thunder.  Its just getting a light shop as the missus loves playing it.

The part number is 28657 but PBR don't have it and I cannot find it anywhere.

As you can see - one corner is starting to tear.  What is going to be the best way to repair it?  I've got a mate with a MIG but given how thin the metal is I'm worried it will burn straight through?

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

I couldn't get the right part either so I just made some new ones.
