Meet at Maxwiz's
« on: November 22, 2009, 03:22:33 PM »
Yesterday we had a gathering at Max's,was a great day, some fine pins, food and company.Big thanks to Max for letting us play some very nice machines and Lana for the catering. The prestigeous 'Rusty Balls Award" was handed out again to the player with the lowest score ,this time it was on SafeCracker............Rigged ,it was a setup I ended up with the bloody thing () but as a consolation I got to put my name on the high score list on Funhouse and Theatre of Magic <.>

Ian (Ballywannabe) took out the high score for the day
I will let GAP post up some pics
Thanks again Max was a top day, now whens the next one

Thanks Max for a great afternoon @@*  Good to see not just a nice collection of pins but also the Kinetic Pinball as well as other nick-knacks he has put together.

Also a big thanks to Lana for cooking up the BBQ - a brief distraction from the pinballs $!&

Was good to get to play Safecracker, but I still have no idea how I got the highest score on the day - those newfangled machines are beyond me!

The highlight of the day was witnessing Gibo take out the rusty balls trophy with a game that, well, sucked <.>

cheers
Ian

Thanks Max, a great afternoon was had by all. Thanks also to Lana (Mrs GAP) for offering to come down with me and cook the BBQ. The machine for the Rusty Balls comp was picked by Lana putting her hand into Max`s ball bag, sorry - into Max`s bag of balls and selecting a ball at random that was marked Safecracker, I reckon all 10 balls were marked the same  &&  &&
Thanks to Gibbo as well for saving the Rusty Balls award going home with it`s maker.

Hey Perth Pinballers
Thanks for coming and making the day a real blast!
Ta again to Mrs GAP for looking after the BBQ and selecting the RIGHT machine for the comp.
Great photos Mr GAP - love the one of Joey flaked out.
Next one? When I've mastered BTTF and rigged up my little ball bag again . . . . . .
