Hey all.
I survived.
I AM deaf but who cares.
FANTASTIC show.
Light show and effects were outstanding.
The interaction with the crowd was top notch and they REALLY seemed to be enjoying themselves up there.
The Kick drum was INSANE.
Set list was good - there were a couple off Death Magnetic (
) - but other than that , a lot of old classics, Master
Whiplash
, Battery, One, Seek and Destory ( AWWWWEEEESOME
) - and of course the obligatory Sandman and many others - they played for over 2 hours - the solo ( Orion ? ) was VERY VERY good as well.
Also- I have to say that Lamb of God were BRILLIANT to see live.
I like thier music and HATE the throaty death scream singing - BUT, listening live the singing blended in and wasnt that noticeable.
Chris Adler is one of THE best drummers I know of.
Anyone still to go to a show I HIGHLY recommend getting there in time to see these guys rock
The only night spoiler
I live 1.5 hours from the venue - we got in the car in the carpark to leave at 11.36pm - I got home at 2.20am
Do the maths on exiting the carpark
