« on: December 14, 2010, 10:17:20 PM »
I am going to help a guy replace a blown flipper TIP36 on the fliptronics board, so with also replace the TIP102 and 2N4403 - problem is i only have some 2n4401 transistors here, can i use these?

Data info for both here http://datasheet.octopart.com/T2N4403-Multicomp-datasheet-557732.pdf

Thanks

Rob

Not interchangeable !

2N4401 is an NPN General purpose amp
2N4403 in a PNP General purpose amp

You need a 2N4403 - Jaycar sell them as a Generic PNP device - P200
