STARGATE UNIVERSE FANS ?

Is anyone on here a STARGATE UNIVERSE fan ?

I purchased and enjoyed the original series of SG1, then i  purchased and watched/found the entire STARGATE ATLANTIS series even better, and just the other day, i purchased and have watched the entire first season of the latest show in the trilogy, STARGATE UNIVERSE.

Its a little darker and edgy'er than the first two versions, and is a really great watch. You can purchase the first season of SG Universe from almost anywhere for around $55.
(I got mine here in QLD from JB Hi Fi).

I am looking forward to the second season of this show and can reccommend it.

Its a wonder no -one has put out a modern version of a Star Gate Pinball.
The shows have a great following so the pin would probably sell really well. I know i would buy one. 

Any fans here of any of the Stargate shows ?

What a pity.

Loved the movie, got bored with the rehashing in SG-1, did not like Atlantis at all, but have taken very much to SGU, with its darker plot and characters.

I liked the original SG-1 (except for the last season)
Stargate Atlantis had some good episodes, but the main villain (being space vampires ) was lame
I watched 5 minutes of Stargate Universe when it was on TV, I could not get into it

I want a V pinball machine, the lead alien, Anna, is hot 
But so was (and still is) Jane Badler from the original series

SG Universe may not be 100 percent canned just yet, it looks like a rival TV network in the USA might still pick it up.

I didnt mind the Wraith in the Atlantis series. Draining people of their life was a better choice than monsters just eating people or same old same old laser gun shootouts.

Talking about hot women on TV, Tpol for Star Trek Enterprise and & 7 of 9's great boobs from Star Trek Voyager arent bad. Throw those 2 into a spa bath with the hot blonde Colonel Carter from SG1 with the hot canadian female doctor from Stargate Atlantis, and its PARTY TIME.  lol    

Hot Women and Sc-Fi work well together.

or, what about the Asian chick who sleeps with a different cast member each show. Or the lesbian older Asian woman. Its gone down hill thats for sure.

More sci-fi action required, less sex scenes. We want sc-fi not soft porn. Gets a bit boring after a while. We need blood n guts n action from Sci-Fi.
After ALIEN with Sigourney Weaver, it all got a bit soft didnt it.

We need new writers with hardcore sci-fi action. More nasty wars with technology, battle scenes etc etc. All the American shows focus too much on cast members personalities and not real edge of your seat action. No wonder these shows get canned so quick. Shame really hey.
