Hi Guys
Wondered if anyone on here could do us a big favor in helping us come up with a logo for our show. The Northern Lights Pinball show. http://www.ukpinball.com/
I seem to remember Wotto came up with some great ideas in logos and a few other people had some good ideas as well.
We need it as soon as so any help would be great, Thanks in advance.
Darren.

There were a few great ideas for the T-Shirt design and the AP Banner, unfortunately I'm not creative at all !

Cue Wotto and co  ^^^

Mildflame,
many thanks for getting involved in this, The second idea like you say is much more like a logo. Great job.
Any other budding designers out there who are willing to give it a go ?
Thanks Darren.

Hi guys,

I am not that creative on a computer but did a dodgy sketch for a idea and if liked maybe someone else can take it further. See the attached file and with the northern lights part use mildflame's idea of the dots for the letters giving a sense of speed and shooting around. The frame is like a wire cage with the L being a ball popper from under the play field.

sorry for the sketch, just photo of a bad hand drawing.

Thanks for taking the time out to put pen to paper and come up with another great design, maybe a little to much going on as we need more of a logo. Something that is eye catching and simple but effective.
Though there would have been a lot more but it looks like Wotto and co have not tuned in yet.

Thought I liked this - but the more I look at it I am not sure  !@#

I liked the idea of part of a playfield , an extremely recognisable part, representing the UK ( not the same shape I know ) but the shape is 'edged' like a country , with the flag and a pointer to Blackpool where the event is held.
Tried to utilise red white and blue in all area's of the design as well.
There are 'effects' added to the image to make it look more 'cartoony' , it isnt just a copy of a photo

Heres a closer look

Might look OK on web sites and stationary but not sure how it would print on material??

As usual I can change text , colours, outlines, placement of text, curve the text etc  etc if need be

Wotto, Like always you don't disapoint.
Thats a great effort. Its not the shape of the U.K.as you say  but quite close to the shape of the county (Lancashire).Like you say it would look great on paper but might get lost when printed on material.
Have you got any more ideas while I show this to the rest of the crew. ?
Once again many thanks for spending time on this for us.
Darren.

OK - bit simpler design thoughts
Still can do a lot with the text , etc - these are rough drafts to get your thoughts

Plunger as a flagpole .......

Show details added............

And with a skinnier plunger/ flagpole....

Can add stars, glow etc ??

Looks nice in blue glow ??

If you think you like where this is headed let me know......
