Here is a little tip that I've used several times when doing restorations. It’s not rocket science and i'm sure many other people have used a similar method but may be handy for those who are about to delve into their first resto.
When stripping a playfield such as TZ which has heaps of roll over switches, instead of labelling and removing them all; I simply took a soft earplug rolled it up and inserted near the switch body. When the earplug expands it holds the switch arm below the playfield making cleaning and polishing easy.
