Thanks guys. Going to have to concentrate on getting one up and going at a time and Centigrade is first. And  yes I am a big Bon Scott fan.

The Valentines? Check out one of their biggest hits (Scott on backing vocals):

Hmm, I think if Bon was still around he would like to forget about that one.  I rekon he would have been bopping away and thinking "I cant wait till this stupid gig is over so I can get onto one of those chicks in the tight pants over there". :lol

While that Valentines clip is just shocking - I meant this one....

&feature=youtube_gdata[/youtube]

He starts really 'shredding' that woodwind around 2.44.........and the close up at around 2.57 looks more familiar with how we remember him  #@#
Now get this thread back on track - who hijacked it FFS  :lol

Now I know this is a "holy thread revival batman" moment - but a little bit of me died reading this old thread. Bon Scott in the Valentines I can take - he had his sly grin & was (as pointed out by another member) cheekily picking out the chicks he would do afterwards. All good. But the woodwind thing - wtf???? Man...that's some crazy s@#$ right there, including the beard. I guess it explains the bagpipes in Long Way to the Top. Although my faith in rock n roll has been sorely dented, my faith in AP remains - what a wealth of info lies on the forum  :lol
I enjoy Porsche, Gibson LPs, Bally-Williams & learning about pinball maintenance & restoration.
