Demo man j112 problems

Hi guys, i was wondering if anyone could help. led 7 on my demo man is not working. Also there is no voltage at tp1. j112 is showing 12v at pins 3 and 5 but nothing at 1 and 2. at startup  i get this error as well f114, f115, j112 and opti power. Im new to all this so any help would be much appreciated.

F114 and f115 refer to fuses firstly check them as its the easiest.  if there ok on the left hand side of the driver board there will be two connectors remove these and see if the pins have gone brown or even black if they have these will need to be replaced.

  Check the fuses and report back ^^^

f114 and f115 test fine. will check the connectors on the left side and report back. Any ideas on the j112  power fault.
