i have been considering a room dedicated to non-smoking for the sake of preserving my best pins.
i have cleaned so many cabs,and the nicotine that comes of them would kill a cat.

All of my machines are smoke free, chips free, icecream free, coke free, beer at a distance.
My uncle regularly smokes on his machine and when I need to look at something on it for him there is always ash on the lockdown mech - disgusting.
It also makes it way down into the lower cab.

I have lost count of the number of times I have stripped ctpanels from video games and had to scrape out old sticky Coke to get the buttons working again.

lol ahaha yer the old ball is prety shagged thats about all its good for. did you see on ebay a few months ago actuall ash trays for pinball machines ??? lol man i remember the days you could smoke any where. ashtrays in kmart, hospital waiting rooms and arcades. it seems like along time ago but it really wasnt lol, im only 30 and i remember being 15 as that was the legal age to buy smokes and i could smoke on the school buss with out getting in trouble ahahaha, the only problem for me was only 6 months into being 15 the law changed to 16 lol then i couldnt buy smokes for another 6 months, then the law changed when i turned 17 to 18 to buy smokes and then allot of the smoking laws started to come in lol now they are at some really wierd place only a few years later from being able to smoke every where to nowhere

No smoking in my shed but only because I hate the smell of the shit.   Had an Elvira that smelt that badly of smoke I had to open up the shed and walk away for a few hours even after a strip and clean and two month waiting it still stink inside the cabinet

my old rock encore game that is in my shop smells of old cicuit boards and really really old smoke. you know the smell i mean, anything that old that is electronic has that smell lol, i actually like it some times i get an odd wiff of the machine when its on a hot day. its not over powering but its funny. it does have that old smoked electrical machine smell.

In short No !
Even when I was a smoker (quit almost 12 months ago) , I didn't smoke around my games etiher.

No drinks allowed on them either
