Rumours next JJP Pin is .......

Rumours are starting about JJP next pin being a non-licensed haunted house style theme.

Multiple levels, killer artwork, great music and sound effects.

DEnnis Nordman and Greg Ferres did state a while again that Greg had a game 2/3 designed and it be the No:2 JJP machine.

In theory even though JJP hasn't released WOZ yet the design team would be in the thick of it with their next machine.

I could be very tempted by this - just have to keep an eye out and wait.

Elvira's Haunted Mansion.  

Useless trivia: Pin2000 title number 4 was going to be a haunted house themed pinball called Dreadmoor Manor, but the bean counters at Williams (Neil Nicastro) decided that "sex sells" and changed it to Playboy.

Following in WOZ's foosteps, how about this?

Elvira's Haunted Mansion.  

On one of the Spooky Pinball podcasts they spoke to Elvira and she indicated that she gave the ok to be in a JJP pinball.

IMO This would be a MUCH better theme than Oz - Oz is just so lame.......

Is there any source on this rumour yet?  Saw the same info on pinside - but nothing concrete yet.

I heard that podcast too, Elvira 3 was in the pipeline.
They have probally listened to Charlies constant whinging about wanting a haunted zombie themed pinball, now he is involved with doing all the cabinet artwork

I have always thought WOZ was a excellent theme. There is nothing out there at all in the pinball world even close to it. That makes it unique.
Unique is better than something that has been done over n over again.

The next JJP design, being something haunted etc, will be fine if it is unique and not just another remake.

Unique is better than something that has been done over n over again.

How is it unique besides from the lcd and a new software system?
It is another movie based pin after all and not a stand alone theme.

Can u show me another Wizard of Oz pinball that has been released before. ?
If the answer is NO, then the current WOZ machine coming out is UNIQUE !
