Just a quick 20c of advice (assuming this board is your design?).

MOVE those 2 gnarly electro's away from the heatsink, coz the heatsink will dry them out soon enough and give you all sorts of horrible Sound nasties....

We designed it (Don did actually.)  Audio wise it has basically the same specs as the original amp so users won't have to replace the original speakers.  People who want GRUNT need to buy a car audio amp like I did ;-)

You can also use 105°C caps if they will still receive some heat from the heatsink.

Yep the 105c are faaaar preferable to the mere 85c caps, but even at 105c, it's still best to keep them away from heatsinks in any design.
