PERTH members.. maybe help required
« on: October 14, 2012, 12:40:50 AM »
Hello all Perth members.. there is a game in Beckenham that is listed on Ebay... BALLY HI DEAL.
I have a customer here in Brisbane who i am restoring one of these for.. the whole head is smashed. Idea is to try and purchase this one and make one 100% game from the two.
problem is that it is miles away and seller doesnt seem to know how to break it down.
IF this game is sold to me.. would a Perth member be willing to pick this up and get it ready for shipping which ill arrange? I dont expect this for free of course.. just need to know if someone is willing to do this for me.. if so, it might be possible to get this game and make a solid machine.

Cheers!!

Gav

I used to love playing this game, but can only remember it had some unusually small rollover buttons at the top.

I would be prepared to do this Gav, but keep in mind I have never broken down an EM (but heaps of SS) and would rely on your instructions for packing.

cheers
Ian

Thanks very much!

I did mention this to the owner and it seems he has already placed a bid so im glad you replied!

Breaking down an EM is no different to an SS really, and IF it comes to shipping i can get it picked up from your door rather than have you drop off to a depot..

..excellent stuff. thankyou

That machine on ebay looks pretty good, pity to strip it for parts.
Looks like the cabinet art has been stripped, not a big drama though.

Games not going to be stripped for parts mate.. cabinet i have is in excellent condition. The head will come off the Ebay one and go straight onto the one i have here making a complete game.
Whats left of the 2 games will be restored and sold as a game.
No games will be dying.
2 games will be the outcome.. 1 all original and 1 restored
