I bought myself an ATV lifter from Repco for $149 to use as a pinball trolley .

My wife bought me one of these http://www.rchelicopterselect.com/syma-s105g-rc-helicopter.html

Great fun , but only 7 mins flying time then recharge for 45 mins  @.@ , but I am already reading up on mods such as a heavier duty battery etc.
My 1st RC heli  ^^^

I need more room ! and more $$$

I scored a few mods for my TAF: light mods for the chair and swamps, the bear above the centre ramp and decals for the centre chute and bookcase. Simple to fit and nice subtle enhancements so thanks to the kids, better than more undies

That's a great picture Peter!!

Among the obligatory jocks and socks and a few new shirts, they managed to sneak in at least one pinball item.  ^^^

That's a good book, I borrowed that from the library awhile back (they didn't have it in Geelong but sourced it from a Melbourne library for me) lots of large photos and some good stories  *%*

For Xmas I recieved a unexpected gift from Stern by way of a Avengers Pro translite signed by George Gomez which I was absolutely blown away to recieve completely out of the blue.

I was also able to purchase some items for my AC/DC Pro from Andy(Rottyguy) which worked out perfectly, guitar mods x 2 and some underplayfield slide rails etc. I bought some excellent mirror blades from Swinksy(Jady) which I highly reccommend adding to any pinball machine. It all adds up to modding a already fantastic AC/DC pinball machine.

Just happy to be part of the best pinball forum in the world. Nick n Nino do a great job and all the members make this place like Xmas everyday so it was great to see the forum alive n well on Xmas day and also New years day. This forum is full of top blokes. Every topic is fun, we all get to add something unique, and even the debates n banter are always respectful which is what makes this forum far from sterile n boring. 2013 is going to be great for the AP forum and all the great members who participate.  ^^^

Peter,
Yeah I know, Christmas is over and so is January. Before I forget, I managed to find article on the HO Down the Hume and have scanned the 3 pages. Boy, you wouldn't get away today with what the Wheels journos got up to back in the 70s. Ah, the good old days.

Anyway, the article is from Muscle Cars No.2 published in 1987. I have scanned the cover with Muscle Cars No.1 published in 1983. I have many books and magazines on American and Aussie Muscle Cars from the 60s and 70s but these 2 magazines are the Old and New Testaments to Aussie Muscle. They have everything and include all the greats from a bygone era.

Anyway, I am sure the scanned article will compliment your Christmas present.
If you don't remember the 70s then you were on drugs.
If you remember playing pinball in the 70s you were having a good time.
If you don't remember anything,  then read about it here,
