What do you reckon the problem would be with the displays - the board? How much to replace if required?
Could be the 3/16 fuse on the solenoid Driver board
Could be the HV section transistors are open. The are easy to source;

I upgrade SD boards via Clay's guide and extend that upgrade to the entire HV section, as described here ;

So doesn't sound too expensive to fix if there is a real problem.
That would be my assessment. However, who knows if the Displays are all damaged (worst case scenario) - certainly a strange coincidence if that is the case.
