Black n White - Twilight Zone
« on: May 20, 2013, 09:31:47 AM »
GAP - Great American Pinball is doing a massive mod to two Twilight Zones turning them into black and white machines like the tv show. For those that go to Pinside here is a link
http://pinside.com/pinball/forum/topic/black-and-white-tz-coming-soon

otherwise I will post a bit of info and photos here to inspire others.

"Ok Making two Black and White TZ's modeled after the black and white TV show. Cabinet will have Black and White decals, Black and White Translite, Black and White DMD, Black and White Plastics and speaker panel. One will have a color playfield and the other playfield will be Black and White. Trim will be black powder coat with silver flake. Game will have white LED's in GI No Color."

"yes Gumball machine will be painted grey, clock will have the prototype white face."

I know black and white would be retro to the tv show but I like the cab and translite the way it is.

Yeah, I love my mods and something a bit different, but this seems like so much for so little. Each to their own!

+ 1. Even Centaur had some colour. In Centaur's case, the monochromes were part of the theme. In TZ mod, just a case of being different.
If you don't remember the 70s then you were on drugs.
If you remember playing pinball in the 70s you were having a good time.
If you don't remember anything,  then read about it here,
