Haven't achieved a real lot lately due to work commitments, coin taker LED kit arrived during the week so spent a lazy Sunday installing Leds .
Also got to install the main ramp what a difference that makes to the machine .
Those that know the Addams will know that the clear bumper cap has a section sliced off to fit the game, i found that the new cap fro Marcos is incorrect and the section sliced off is at the wrong angle its hard to tell by the pictures will send a picture to Marcos tonight and ask for a replacement.
I guess i could say i am in the home stretch but due to work wont get to finish for a few more weeks .
As im a Noob any advice on any testing i should be performing prior to turning the machine on would be greatly appreciated.

Been a while since i last updated work has been pretty hectic lately i am so close to finishing this , cant wait to have a game.
I connected the playfield adjacent  to the machine today mainly to put the remainder of the LEDS into the machine , this is a great thing to do as i found a few issues with cracked solder joints on the playfield light pcbs .
Installing the leds is a bigger job than i thought it would be, my hands are way too big having the playfield on the rottisserie was so helpful.
I was stoked to find that the only error was that the time and date has not been set very happy  $#$
Working tomorrow but hope to put the playfield into the cab during the week.
Looking for my next machine

Ok i have finished the restore i was a bit premature with the no errors part i tested every switch and found that three switches were registering as opto 4 on the bookcase backtracked what i had done and discovered i had incorrectly wired one of the switches on the new main ramp .
Also once the machine was installed in the cabinet the ball kept getting stuck in the subway where it joins the swamp the wire gate in the subway was fouling on one of the swamp mounting screws checked my photos and found that it was originally a flat headed screw changed the screw to original and now all good.
Would like to thank everyone that helped with advice on my first restore, especially Eltimbo who suffered all my questions on what paint to use .
As a noob i learnt a hell of a lot and in all honesty without the support of this forum i probably would not have attempted it, but knowing that help was at hand if needed was great.
I am already looking for my next machine to restore not sure what machine but definitely looking.
I am really impressed with the LEDS what a difference they make unbelievable, in the future i will replace the translite as it has a few holes in it that aren't that noticeable unless you know where to look .
My aim was to try and bring this machine back to as new as possible so a lot of new parts have been installed , i doubt whether i would recoup what i have spent on the machine but hey ive learnt a shitload had a lot of fun and its a keeper.
Just have to learn how to play it again.
A few before and after pics

Cheers

John
