OK - I've cleaned the ball count unit so the pictures are a little clearer.

Here's a picture of the unit in the "home" position - Top section;

Here's a picture of the unit in the "home" position - Bottom section;

Here's a picture of the unit in the "End" position - Top section;

Here's a picture of the unit in the "End" position - Bottom section;

Hope this helps !

Nino, you are a legend!!! Mine is definately not positioned like that. I think im doing something wrong though because if i move the bottom rivets to the position shown, the top contact seems to go to far back and never reaches the end position when i progress it forward (if that makes sense)... need to have more of a tinker and thanks so much.

I dont think so, i just took some pics but they turned out crap! I dont have Ninos photography skills   :lol, it seems that on the bottom rivets, the furthest one on the right (near home position) never gets touched .. i tried to adjust again just then but motor still running  !!! the trials and tribulations.. This is Pro Football!

Rob - The three screws govern the adjustment. As long as you adjust while the stepper is set "at home" then it should register as it sweeps across the contact to the "end point", prior to a reset. I'd like to see pictures of your Ball count unit when you have the opportunity.

My apologies for the following photos as for the life of me i cant get it focussed. Anyway here it goes;

View from above

Top rivets in home position

Bad pic bottom rivets in home position.  It is resting on the rivets but the closest rivet to the camera never gets touched

Top rivets in end position (resting on last rivet)

Bottom rivets in end position not being touched by any contacts

Hi Rob,

Keep going, you're doing an excellent job!

Also, just a tip - for close up photos your camera should have a macro setting (sometimes its a small little flower symbol on your camera!)
