Who will save this!
« on: February 01, 2009, 03:59:01 PM »
Just makes me want to cry when I see such a classic pin just left to get to this stage:

http://cgi.ebay.com.au/Jacks-High_W0QQitemZ220354280163QQcmdZViewItemQQptZLH_DefaultDomain_15?hash=item220354280163&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=66%3A2%7C65%3A10%7C39%3A1%7C240%3A1318

On a positive note the playfield doesn't look too bad, just dirty. The playfield plastics are available as reproductions from PBR: http://www.pbresource.com/plastic/gtb-c16410.jpg as well as the bumper caps and bodies http://www.pbresource.com/pfbumper.htm

The backglass is available from Gamesroom Wharehouse: http://www.pbresource.com/plastic/gtb-c16410.jpg and http://www.gameroomw.com/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=GW&Product_Code=7488&Category_Code=487

Wrong era for me - by about 10 years - (I'm only into pre 1965 pins) but I just saw so much potentail in this actual game.

Not just any old EM from the 1970s - one of the best wedgehead Gottlieb pins ever made  *%*

Peach,

With eBay (or any auction) you should always hang out towards the end of the auction.

It is a real hard thing to do.

By bidding early all you end up doing is bump up the price...trust me!

What you need to do is set a maximum price that you would bid and place that with 10 - 15 seconds to go, if you win there is no better rush.

Agree 100% I also only bid in the last 10 secs. You only serve to price yourself out of the auction by bidding before then.
