AMD got the early shipment of AC/DCs at AU 1.12 which made the purchase of US products a bargain. I wonder what will happen to NIB prices @ 0.97 and lower?
Dare I say that the OZ will go down to 0.75 by the end of this year.

AU$ has been at an unsustainable high for a while.. its not the norm.
Ive been buying stuff from overseas for sometime and i remember laughing when i got 90c! Spent most of the time floating around 80- 85c.
American market is bouncing back  and so things will eventually go back to normal market levels

Hard to tell, but I think Gav is right at this point. I don't think we will reach parity again. If it hovers around 90c I'll be happy. I remember paying 60c  !!!

AC DC LE's are worth $13,500 all day long...

So many sold here in Australia I wonder if any of the sellers have had interest from the big collectors in the states who missed out on placing a pre-order  !@#

Why would they when they can buy them for $8195 in the US?

 ^^^ Pinsanity

looks like this is now the X-men thread confirmed

I know these parts could be anything but if they used what do you reckon about the spinning disk is that the underside or top side and looks like a subway or cross over ramp concept ????

Rumoured to have a MM with pop up trolls on the LE in front of the ramps - maybe with good guys or bad guys or both ???

some of the dealers phones are running hot in the states as they are taking deposits, where I contacted AMD yesterday and their focus is AC/DC so looks like Aus may only get a few LE's.

AMD will probably put the word out for deposits again as per AC/DC to assess demand.

Even with the slight dollar slip I still predict the LE will retail under $10k here in Aus- too much of a psychological price barrier otherwise.

I think I read somewhere the LE will be 300 and 300 (good versus bad) and no Premium version - just gossip on that one.  !@#

Lastly, did Borg dye his hair for the promo?  *)*

The LE spinning disc magnet is supposed to be like the twister one. Up to now never seen or played one but that is very cool.

supposed to have the following - going to be a full machine

Spinning disc/magnet - pro will be just a magnet
2nd Stationary magnet
2 pop up Nightcrawlers (trolls mentioned earlier like in the MM) - Assuming it's the simulation of him teleporting and disappearing - rumoured not to be in the pro version. Graphic for a guessing tease.
Captive ball raising scoop
Moving 3rd ramp - rumoured not to be in the pro version
Upper center ball lock (in the CAD show 4 balls held)
And a surprise or 2 (Wolverine toy ?)
