 ^^^

Just to add, Stern should be paying more attention to and addressing the criticisms of the Olivia Jason's of this world (a small business owner with regular to high volume through traffic that doesn't rely solely on pinball machines for income) in order to convince them to buy and site their machines, rather than preaching to the Stern faithful to build an in house shrine of Stern pins where they will not be seen or played by 99% of the general public.

I've said it before, there is all the potential for growth in the first scenario and nothing but a dead end road (10 years at most) in the second.

It is notable that there is still plenty of public interest in playing pinball.

Siting one in a place where people are going to visit anyway makes a lot of sense - plenty of cafes and pizza shops would have the the right sort of vibe.

There was (and probably still is) a pinball sited at our local 10 pin bowling alley; the same in Toowoomba. Again, makes sense.

I'm always happy to put some coins in a wild pin as long as it works(one of my pet hates)

Nice one Jason, good to here it brings in the repeat business too. I wish more shops would site machines, I certainly make a point of throwing a few coins into any games I come across ( unfortunately its not so much "come across" as it is hunt down though).

Excellent insight into a sited pin, thanks for taking the time to share the info.

over $50 in a day is pretty awesome - is there room to throw a couple of other machines in as well and try and attract a few more repeat locals?  It seems as though its payed itself off many times over.
