All I want is 2 yellow flipper booties(Banana) rubbers from Marco spec in the USA-postage $40 something?? best they could do was $20 something?? for 2 small rubbers that would fit in a small padded envelope/WTF

Peter

Just did a joint order with other pinheads from Marcos. Crushed decals, broken parts, wrong items and missing items?????? ^&^
5 days and still waiting on a response.
Now you have me worried Dave, just recently ordered a few things, including plastics for my Paragon. Could not source these locally or from anyone other than Marcos or Bay Area Amusements.

If you buy a reasonable amount from them in one hit, then the shipping works out ok, still high compared to say pbr but not ridiculous.

Dont be worried, your order might turn out fine................they really screwed ours up though. As long as they make contact and rectify then all should be good. ^^^

I have been ordering regularly from Marcos, Pinball Pal, and BAA lately and have not had one bit of trouble. Orders are here within 3 to 5 days no probs.

Generally order as a group with other WA members to share the postage costs and its all too easy.....
1up Promotions provide all your promotional items... from keyrings to banners to stubby coolers etc, etc..... Anything you need just PM.... (website coming soon)

Yeah, I had a similar experience.  High postage, a couple of missing parts, and 1 incorrect part.  Glad there's alternatives!

8 bumper caps, 3 skirts, 2 coin entry plates, 2 schematics... all boxed and sent by PBR.
$10 postage + $2 handling fee. They even custom made 3 of the caps for me as they never had them as stock.
PBR absolutely rock!

Also in the packing was a newspaper page with the job ads - Wanted IT graduate PT/FT $10.30ph.

Seems the guys at Marcos must take about 2hrs to stick a schematic in an envelope judging by the hourly pay rate..... i hope this clears up any confusion about Marcos handling fees

Put aside the antiquated payment methods... This site is great...especially for Gottlieb machines...

Yeah that's right, PBR hold the license as far as I am aware for Gottlieb and therefore specialise in Gottlieb parts but they do carry some other items, just nowhere near the extent that Marco and BAA do.

Do Stern stock DE and Sega parts at all or who ended up with them?
