those of you familiar with my story on this board would know that while my collection isnt HUGE, most of it has come to me for free or at extreme bargain prices. SO soon after my last post on the Black Knight I picked up for free, I almost didnt post this cos it seemed too good to be true. In all honesty, the story goes like this:
My dauhgter walked home from school a different way than usual yesterday, as she was picking something up from a friend. when she got home, she said; "Dad, I walked past a house that had two pinball machines in the front yard". I leapt up and bolted for the door before I realised I had no idea where this place was (pinball does this to you
); anyway I setteld down and she explained to me where the place was. I went around there and the guy was taking them down to the dump so he said I was doing him a favour taking them away. I now own a Gottlieb 1975 "Soccer" and a Gottlieb 1975 "Abra-ca-Dabra". The Mechanics are all in pretty good nick, however, the playfields have been badly weathered. SOCCER has an Imaculate condition back glass. The other machine does not have one. Here are the Pictures:
